It started off with a blocked kitchen sink drain. Because we've had great success with Rescue Rooter in the past, we called them. Cary a 30 years drain technician, came out to try to solve the problem. He went way beyond what I could have expected from a service including hauling a 90 lb rooter machine up on our roof. After several hours of trouble shooting everything, he knew what had to be done. He called for Mike and together they determined it was a major plumbing problem including, but not limited to removing a 56 year old cast iron pipe that was completely blocked. The following morning, right on the minute, Art Boulais and Tony Nava pulled up. They deliberated and trouble shot it with the seriousness of a surgeon. Polite, professional, and respectful of all our concerns, they set to work. Never stopping for 7 hours. They came up with a creative and practical solution and implemented it with urgency. My husband and I are pleased and satisfied with all the attention and courteousness of Rescue Rooter. We will always call for them or refer them.

Scott and Jeff did a great job replacing my main sewer line and adding a two way clean out. They were a treat to have over during the replacement it was like talking with friends. They're very thorough and walked me through everything as it was being done and had abswers to all my questions. Scott and Jeff were also very adamant about getting it inspected the same day so I didn't have a hole in my yard over the weekend - which is a worry when ya have a one year old running around. All around good guys and do awesome work.
