Ryan and his company were in charge of a total home renovation for our dream home which we purchased from his remodeling company. Ryan worked closely with us to help us customize floor plans, roofing, windows /doors, paint colors, flooring, tile, fireplace, carpet, and light fixtures. Not all builders are so flexible but Ryan provided this customizability at a reasonable price. Ryan also finished the home within the agreed upon time frame before school started, which can be a challenge for many builders. Finally, Ryan has stuck with us even after the closing and came back after a year to do touchups where the house settled. He has fixed every single minor issue only a couple that have inevitably popped up since we moved in. I highly recommend his company and would work with him again in the future.
