He was very courteous and professional during my interactions with him. After completing the gutter maintenance, he informed me about issues with my roof and set me up with an appointment for a roof tune up. I appreciated that he set up an appointment immediately with his colleague back at the office on my behalf. Additionally, I appreciated that he temporarily patched my roof to prevent further damage to my house as well as to my neighbor's house since he knew that we were due for some rain in the next few days. Lastly, he provided me before and after pictures and showed proof of payment. I am looking forward to my roof appointment if I am going to receive this same level of great customer service.
