We replaced our wood shingles with architectural shingles. Got estimates from several highly rated companies and decided to go with Pond. Competitive price and the salesman Mickey was very knowledgeable. Turned out to be a GREAT choice -- they performed exactly as advertised. Prompt, with competent and accommodating crews, and flexible as issues rose up. The company delivering the shingles ran over our septic tank outlet, and Pond worked with us to make sure that that company paid the claim, and they halted any payments we needed to make until that claim was settled. We were pleased enough by the roof to order additional siding work immediately after the roof work was completed. Again, they were very fair and flexible. In addition to selecting a unique and higher end shingle CertainTeed Presidential Shake, I also relied on Pond to install CDX over my 1956 existing plank decking; complete soffit and fascia replacement Hardie; trim Hardie; extend the gables; and replace the front right exterior with Hardie board and batten.
