Kimberly was great with us. Promised us a extremely quick turn around time, and the best quote out of everyone we reached out to. Super friendly. Marty and Raymond showed up right at the scheduled time and had our hot water heater switched out in no time. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Will be using for all future needs!

VERY reasonable cost to have oil-fired boiler replaced. Owner, Tim Knight, is responsive and approachable and employs friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were respectful to us and our situation from start to finish, offering us space heaters, etc. until our equipment arrived. The technician Joe and his helpers did a fantastic job, leaving the basement area and floor where they worked cleaner than it was to begin with. Crew did not tear up the house removing old one or bringing in the new one, in spite of each weighing 600+ lbs. After getting jerked around and disrespected with ridiculous estimates by 3 other very well-known companies, these guys were a welcome relief, while making clear the extent to which the others had been trying to unfairly gouge us. I'm talking Thousands of dollars, not Hundreds. I highly recommend Total Comfort, and wouldn't bother calling anyone else. Picture is the Before and After of the job.

Alex was very courteous and to us, it was clear he knew what he was doing. When we learned what the problem with our unit was, he carefully and thoroughly described our options.
