Gueriera Roofing Inc – Roofing Contractor in Manassas, Virginia

I had a small flat roof with an EPDM membrane installed by Guereria Roofing about eight years ago at a great price, and there was a small leak due to solar panels that caused penetrations that Charles the owner advised against but did anyway for me. I contacted their office via e-mail about the warranty coverage of their work, and Angela emailed me back the same day. Charles was out the next day to fix it. I was and continued to be impressed by their professionalism.

The company was recommended by my Realtor as roofers able to so a great job at a fair rate. Unfortunately that is not what we experienced. We had contract Gueriera to fix a leak that we had that was coming into the house through the kitchen and the living room. They examined the roof and said that the source was leaks around the solar panel. They promised that they could fix the problem. Two weeks after they came we have an eypectir look at the roof. They reported and later confirmed by another roofer that the whole roof had to be replaced. An that what Gueriera did was a sloppy band aid. This was evident by continue leaks as well a a flood of water pouring over the supposedly clean gutters. Multiple calls Guiera was returned with promise to call back. We have to go to another roof who did a great job installing a new roof. I would avoid Gueriera at all cost!

Great experience from start to finish. The crew was polite and careful with all cars and plants around home. Very competitive on price with a lifetime transferable warranty. Thank You for your professional service!
