We had a relatively small project of covering some exposed nails on the roof to satisfy a home inspection checklist. Other companies were hesitant to work during the COVID 19 crisis, and we were on a specified timeline prior to closing on the sale of our home. Summit Roofing did an excellent job, showed up on time, provided pictures of the completed work for our realtor, and repaired other areas that had not been noted on the home inspection. The price was incredibly reasonable, and the work done met all our requirements. Would highly recommend Summit Roofing and if they service the area of our new home, will contact for roofing needs in the future.
