Matt Fletcher and his crew were hands down, the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. You can tell that they care about their customers. They want to make sure your project is exactly what you are expecting, and that your end product is everything you desired. They are on time and work a full day every day they are on your job, and they get done when they say they will. No delays or excuses. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the owner, to the office personnel, to the foreman, and the installers, every single person is hard working, respectful, and professional. The foreman, Kyler, was always available for any question I had throughout the process. My husband and I LOVE our new deck! It exceeded our expectations, it's truly lovely.

Fletcher Construction has built a deck for us and now repaired our leaking roof. When we called for an appointment after finding the leak, their scheduler, Lori, was so kind and helpful. She scheduled Carlos to come look at it and he arrived within a few hours, figured out that it was a problem with the ridge vent, and repaired it right then for a very fair price. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did great work which they warrantied. The owner, Matt Fletcher, is honest and friendly as well and runs a fantastic company! We trust Fletcher Construction to work on any of our roof or deck needs.
