If I could give this company 0 stars I would. What a nightmare this whole company is. I am in a rental home and the agency hired these guys to replace the roof..this was the sloppiest and most careless roof replacement that has ever been. The workers destroyed all of my flower beds, they didn't even attempt to miss my plants/flowers. I had to ask them about 10 times to stop throwing the old roof on top of them until finally I got angry..they then still buried my beds. They completely barricaded my home so that I could not enter/exit at all as if I had nothing to do. After the workers were done tearing off the roof they carelessly threw their sharp blade shovels from the top of the roof into the yard like children playing a game. That alone had me in shock, had they hit anyone it would have killed them. The owner came to check on the workers when they were near done, and I tried to explain to him the careless nature and total disrespect that his team had with other people's property, but he shrugged it off and then turned around and yelled how proud he was at his team of the “great job” they were doing. WHAT!? To top it off, a month later we had some spring maintenance done on the a.c system in our home and the man inspecting everything found a broken pipe that was apparently a serious ventilation issue..he asked me if I had the roof replaced recently, we told him yes, he said they broke it while replacing the roof. Keep in mind that we rent and this whole issue shouldn't be our problem to deal with at all, but a week later the owner of Northeast Siding and roofing calls me and aggressively tells me that this IS my problem and that he doesn't want to pay for it because “his workers never disturb or touch anything other than the roof.” MIND BLOWN

this company has no respect or regard for other peoples belongings. They are only interested in getting the job done as quickly and sloppy as possible.
