| Wendy A. Mckee King | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR DALE MOORE. HE IS NOT LICENSED IN VA!! HAS AN "F" RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Took months for our roof to be replaced. Started end of Jun 2018, was not until Oct 2018 that it was "almost" finished. The owner Dale Moore did not complete the job...had a leak that happened after they installed new roof and they needed to repair it since it was their error; Dale repaired the leak BUT we ended up hiring another person to finish due to his neglect of returning our phone calls/ texts. We were promised a 10 yr warranty to be either mailed or delivered and NEVER received after many attempts of us reaching out to Dale. It was not even a year and we already had another leak. Dale had unfortunate personal issues and we tried to be understanding but we were taken advantage for being understanding and when you pay for a service like any other person we wanted it done. They are not informed on roofing and are not guaranteed to finish the job or follow through with their warranty. DO NOT USE DALE MOORE OR HIS COMPANY, WE NOW HAVE LEARNED FROM OUR MISTAKE. |
