I should have written this review sooner, since R&D fixed our screened porch roof several months ago, but time got away from me. I did not want to miss letting others know what a wonderful company this is. We had our porch built by someone who turned out to be not only a poor craftsman, but also a dishonest and unscrupulous person. When the roof continually leaked, we had him come out numerous times, but he just didn't seem to be able to fix it or perhaps he just didn't really care. We sought legal advice, sent him letters, etc., but he didn't respond. Obviously, we had to hire someone else to fix the roof, which required tearing it completely off and building a new one. We had a number of estimates, which varied greatly in price and somewhat, in technique, as well. I finally called Ray at R&D, after reading excellent reviews online and seeing his A+ rating on BBB. I am so totally relieved that we chose this company. They did a fabulous job, and his price was very reasonable. After the work was done, it rained heavily, and the roof did leak. I called Ray on a Friday, and his crew was there the next morning to fix the leak. That was in March almost 4 months ago and it has not leaked since. The roof looks great, and our troubles with this whole situation are over. I cannot recommend R&D Roofing enough. I will definitely use this company again anytime I need a roof built or repaired.
