We needed a complete tear off, 4 layers and plywood both buildings and I wanted skylights! Even if Roof Dr. gave the highest bid, which they didn't I would've chose them still. Ken was very kind and very receptive to my ideas concerns. There were years of knowledge and experience behind his responses that definitely put me at ease. My husband and I both come from industrial backgrounds and know what hard labor is. When his crew showed up we were in awe of them. These were some of the hardest working guys we've ever seen. They worked together seamlessly. As hard as they worked they all had smiles and were so very kind. Astonishing how fast they worked. They knocked it out in 2 days! It was Valentines day and I asked about what time they would done and Ken said about 2:30 or 3:00, they were done at 1:30 ,Ken had 4 more guys come over to finish up because rain. I just happen to have homemaid heart cookies and gave all of the crew one, they were happy and so was, I thanked them because I had Valentines reservation s at 4:00 out of town.Thank you Ken Slater and team. |
