Several phone messages left in June after finding D & C Contracting listed with Home Advisor. Messages were left because they do not answer the phone. I don't mind leaving a message because they might be talking with a client in person or on a job. What I think is unprofessional is not returning messages left. So after weeks of leaving messages every 5 -7 days we get a phone call back. They schedule an appointment. I rearrange my work schedule to meet them. They never show up. They don;t call to state whether or not there was an emergency or offer to re-schedule. I telephone them again and they re-schedule for the following week. They then fail to make that appointment. Really unsure how businesses in Ellensburg stay in business. No customers = no business revenue.
