bvn bandela	I wanted to give zero stars, there is big complaint pending. I will do it. They did not call me while doing the service. They did not press the calling bell. They climbed onto my roof without my permission. They don't know my issue. My issue was not roof, I called them for my ceiling water marks, so the first thing is to check my attic, then the roof. They are just doing a regular roof irrespective of the complaint. I showed them the ceiling of my bedroom and the water marks, the technicians took a photograph, but they are not going into the attic. Nonsense people. They parked their service van on my lawn, parking your lan on customers lawn ? insane. Absolutely mindless staff. Till now they have no answer about the watermarks on my ceiling and they did not go into the attic. Who asked them about the roof ? What was complaint ? it is the water marks on my bedroom ceiling. They have no idea even now. Absolute Nonsense. Never call them or hire them. I will file as many complaints as possible.
