| Tammy Nakamura | I hired this company because I liked that they were a small business in my community. They came out and did the roof on the main part of my house. We had to postpone the covered porch until some siding got done and then we called to have you come and finish you came and started working on it here and there but we always had to call and see why you weren't coming to work on it I was understanding about fitting it as in after we had to call it off until we got the siding done but Rich made a promise to me that he would come back if I would just pay him so he had enough money to pay his guys I did that in good faith that he would come back and now I find out today he's not coming back to finish the job. And I will take this post down or completely retract this comment if he returns my call and comes and finishes but if he doesn't I am going to leave it here and probably write more and show pictures. I thought you guys cared more about the integrity of your business. All I want is my roof finished and I don't believe a contractor should leave the job UNFINISHED ??? |
