Each time the office took our information and we were told that someone would be in contact with us in the next day or so. We have since completed our complete roof replacement using a different company whose customer service and reputation is obviously much more valued. If Legends is this difficult to get ahold of when trying to get a quote and give them your business, I cannot imagine how they would react when a roof had an issue and required immediate attention. Based on the operations and customer service we experienced I cannot recommend Legends. |

She said they were busy and that they could take my information and on a week someone would do text me for an estimate and they are really busy so nothing would happen right away. Very unprofessional. |
