Mark J	I, in all honesty, cannot give Campbell & Co a good review for punctuality, they get a one star for that. I was scheduled to be seen between 10:00 am to 12:00. I received a call from dispatch around 11:00 am asking if everyone in the home was healthy. I returned the call and verified we were in fact healthy and at that time was told they would be out in a few minutes. A little after 2:00 pm our tech showed up with not even a call. Rigoberto did do a fine job and was very understanding of my not being pleased regarding the timing of appt.
