It came in three weeks ago, we let them know, and several times they've said they would come to finish the job, and each time they are a no show. It has been incredibly inconvenient to have to take off from work each time, only to have them not show up! They never even return our calls. Nearly a month on without any running water in our bathroom, we've reached the conclusion that we just need to give up and find someone else. Seriously annoying as this last bit of the job is very simple and would take them no time at all if they could just do it.
