Had some great conversations while they repaired my equipment. Picked up another item I needed. They seem to have a good inventory of parts and more than willing to accommodate the customers. |
| Tree Man | I rented a stump grinder dirty on pickup and was charged 260. I brought it back after washing on time with no issues with more gas than was originally in it, was still charged 50 cleaning fee! It had a small amount of mud under neath it, the manager randy said it was dirty! Small amount means small, everything else on this machine was clean. I do not think everyone in the store has the same attitude, but Randy's customer service is 1 star as far as I'm concerned! I have pictures of their other equipment taken same day, nothing there is as clean as the machine I took back. I'm glad to pay the 50, but definitely think it was unnecessary. Point blank, unless you are buddies with randy he's a jerk! Tried talking to him man to man about the issue, still a jerk! |
| Terrie White | Very nice store. Only complaint is that we bought 2 tons of pellets and my husband, who is a below the knee amputee, our son and 8 year old grandson had to load the pellets themselves because they couldn't be loaded with a fork lift. |
