These guys meaning all contractors can hardly keep up with the demand, and I have learned that when they are skilled in their hands and do awesome work, they may not always be tip-top on their customer service skills. I called him two weeks ago to ask him what was up, and he seemed to forget who I was, then he remembered that he was waiting on another contractor bid? Cement bid I guess.... I just don't understand why they would not get back at all. If they are too busy, that's fine, just tell me. Its just crazy that you would run a business this way. |
