| Jillian Henkel | I gave Rondeau's 2 stars because they do have a good selection of food and a couple of the employees are very nice and helpful. However, they're over priced, they open late and close way early. The hours online do not reflect the actual hours of the store. They begin closing 10-15 minutes before closing time. When I was in there it was 5:48. The meat counter was closed, they were already pulling down cooling blinds and blocking off entire sections of food including their cheese, sour cream, and meat etc. I don't feel welcome almost every time I walk in there. If you're going to close as early as 6 or noon on Sundays you should at least.... stay open until that time. I've had employees roll their eyes at me and be snarky and embarrass me about struggling with the card machine. If you weren't the only option and your meat selection wasn't phenomenal, I'd be done. |
