Not only their work, but the way they treat their customers. I was called names after pointing out several issues. I even asked how to fix it myself since they refused to remedy the problem and he still was mad at me. I paid them 300 in full upon completion even though it was wrong, but I thought they would fix it since there was a supposed warranty on their work. The owner took me for a ride as I just needed the roof vent caulked and he turned it into a whole project and ordered a mismatched vent and messed up my shingle work and left a huge gap. Plus, it's uneven on one side. I showed a few people to get their opinions and they just said they felt so sorry for me. Now I have a huge repair that I will need another company to fix. Please avoid this place at all costs. |
