She went completely above and beyond to source a custom size SS kitchen sink for me, verify it was in inventory, coordinate logistics for me all in time to meet my project deadline. We had the pleasure of working with Cecily for our bathroom remodel this past spring. As novices to the whole process, going to a place like Gerhards was definitely the right move and we could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service given to us. The showroom was well stocked and it was really great to see the different items in person rather than just online and in boxes. Our sales associate, Cecily, worked with us on our selections and helped identify fixtures within both our price point as well as the timeline we were working within which was very helpful. She also helped gauge each of our styles and made recommendations for a happy medium. Communication was fantastic between their team and us from the point of our order until the end and we even received a nice follow up message from Cecily checking in a few months later on how things went. Overall very pleased with everything and would highly recommend visiting the Kenosha store for your bathroom or kitchen needs.
