I had two unprofessional guys show up to my house unprepared and I was charged nearly 300 for nothing. I still had to call another plumber Appleton drain and sewer same day to resolve the issue. He also stated how poorly the previous job was and that they damaged my pipes even more. Nevertheless, I feel as a business customer that we should be provided the service we pay for and I paid for a service for that wasn't granted. I would never call them again!

WARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! Brief summary... Besides showing up 1.5 hours before i had them scheduled. I had to hurry home 30 min from where I work, my wife already signed a contract. By the time i got home damage was done. They have you sign a contract before they do anything making you reliable for their equipment if it gets stuck, broken, or lost in your pipe. You pay them 279.99 up front and they will get give it back if you get their equipment back with in 48 hours. He said he felt a blockage with his camera and tried "pushing" through it. He double up his camera and broke the chord trying to retrieve it. Told me there was a problem with my pipe. Hired a contractor to come get his camera out. Dug down 10 feet to where the location of the camera was and cut the pipe. The pipe was not plugged or damaged. John got his camera stuck in a perfectly straight pipe. The total bill was 2100 for the excavation and repair. I did not get refunded my 279.99. Do not use this company!!!!!!! You have to pay for their carelessness and negligence. I have never heard of a business where you have to pay to retrieve their equipment.

We had our drains back up in our basement as new home owners. We called ASAP Sewer and Drain Cleaning and they sent a gentleman named Chris D to our home. He was on time, incredibly friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We thank Chris for helping us out! You sir, deserve a raise! :
