| And Sturm | Went in yesterday to get valves for my washing machine, was told i had the correct part and had no reason to believe otherwise because they were labeled as such. When i got home i realized that the cashier did not provide me with a receipt and, contrary to what i was told by the apparently uninformed employee and misleading label the parts did not fit. Returned today to try and return it and was told i was out of luck because THEY didn't give me a receipt so we were essentially ripped off. Will be going elsewhere from now on even if i have to drive an hour. Clearly they don't need my business anyway |
