I requested 1 quote and timeline, 2 proof of insurance, bonding, and license 3 references. They never called back. I left several voice mail messages with Ty the owner. He never called back. Two planks were broken and tossed, nails up, into the middle of the back yard. My house has been left exposed. And now their BBB Accreditation has been terminated. I think they're out of business. |
| Chad Ells23 | In June 2018 we had Superior Roofing replace our roof. During the rip off it rained and water found its way into our house damaging drywall in our living room walls and ceiling. Wasn't upset cause things happen and was told it would be fixed. Fast forward a year and a half later and after following up several times there has been no effort in coming back to fix the damage and have lost contact with the owner. Ended up paying out of pocket to get it fixed. If they are still in business I would definitely look somewhere else. |
| Cj Foti | Half the job went really well. Now cant get ahold of the company for an update. 3 calls have been made with voicemails and havent gotten a return call. UPDATE: January 7th, 2020, while progress has been made with the final pieces left to be done. We have had some beautiful weather for january and yet these things have not been done and no contact from the company as to whats going on. |
