Tammy Powell	Instead of waiting in line at Ace I went to True Value as we had a broken water line. I needed a plug for a 3/4 inch pipe. A kid got it for me - I took it home and it didn't fit. It was 6:52 PM and I live 13 miles from town. I called at 6:57 PM and told the kid I was on my way and the plug he gave me didn't fit. I explained again I had a broken water line. He told me he had some place to be and had to leave. I went to Ace as they were open until 8. The kid at True Value failed to give me the CUPLER that I needed. Needless to say - although I like to spread business around- I won't go back to True Value. If that kid were my employee he'd be looking for another job today. He was selfish and had no sense of customer service. Bad bad bad for business.
