I purchased 30 year old architectural shingles and 30 lb tar paper for the roof. It was delivered to my Dadeville lake house. I was not on site when the roofing work was done, but trusted this company to remove the old roof, and apply the 30 lb felt, reboot the Vents. When I came to view the roof, I went onto the roof, and the shingles didn't even go all the way to the ridge vent. After they corrected this, and were paid for the labor, I started noticing irregularities; the shingles weren't in sequence around the vallies. I called another roofer. He said it had been reroofed over the old roof, and that the shingles were overlapping in the vallies. There were no new rubber boots on the vents. I was completely taken for a ride. Do not consider using them. That's my advice they left with my 30 lb felt, also.
