Had my home and shed roofs replaced, and regret going with these people. The guy in charge of my repair was excellent, took care of everything perfectly. The office is TERRIBLE. What's worse is that it's always when I'm trying to hive them money. When trying to give my deposit, their system was down, they told me they'd call me back as soon as it was up later that day. I waited 24 hours and finally called them back because they wouldn't start work until my deposit was made and the roof was actively leaking into the house. After I called back, I got put on hold for over 5 minutes before I just hung up and contacted the guy handling my project. He immediately called me and it took less than a minute to process my payment, amazing. Now, the job has been done for a while and I finally got my insurance payment, go to pay the over 4,000 I still owe them and it's again looking impossible. Called yesterday and their system wouldn't take my payment for some reason, called back a little later and got told the person doing payments was on lunch guess it's just 1 person who can type in payment info on a computer? and she would call me back when she got back, I am left guessing she still hasn't made it back... Roof looks fantastic, literally did both and cleaned up in 1 day, so super happy with the work definitely recommended them for that, just strap in for this roller coaster bs from the office staff.

Ridgeline Construction was very helpful with the quote process and gave us a written quote upfront. Offered to be present during the insurance inspection process. We were given an instalation date promptly. There was a issue with our shingle delivery after our old roof was removed and Ridgeline Construction / Johnny Pugh contacted us imnediatly, insured us they would make it right and they did. Issues were handled quickly and efficiently. 25 Year workmanship warranty / 50 Year nonprorated warranty on materials, none of the other roofing companies offered this to us, everone else was 5 years. We just had a major rain storm and not one issue. Thanks Johnny Pugh!

Installed a new roof and gutters in Sept 2019. 50 year shingles and excellent work. Great communications.
