Drain Go Birmingham – Roofing Contractor in Birmingham, Alabama

I have had the same experience that many others have posted here. I don't know if Drain Go doesn't like handling home warranty issues, but I was assigned them twice by my home warranty 2-10. Both times they missed their five hour window I've never had a company quote such a wide window. When I called the lady in the office didn't want to tell me anything and was rude. Both guys that came out couldn't wait to get out of my home with my service fee. I'm fact, the last time, the service manager came and just stood in my kitchen and told me that it was probably just a pipe loose which it wasn't, thanks to Plumb-Tech- see my review for them. I then called and spoke with the owner who told me to start another request with the home warranty and they would come back out and not charge a service fee. But he hid behind the home warranty as why they didn't do anything, even after he said his service manager should have at least checked the pressure regulator. I would give them a zero if Google would allow it. I paid them 150 for two visits and got nothing, while I paid Plumb-Tech 175 and got all my problems fixed and was even educated on plumbing on my 30 yr old house. I don't see it as a lost, because I would have gladly paid Plumb-Tech 325 for their work. Just sad 150 of that had to go to this worthless company.

Stay away. Be aware they DO NOT clean up after themselves. Our AHS home warranty sent Drain Go of Birmingham to clear out a stopped sewer line. While the techs showed up on time and fixed the stoppage, they dumped about 20 gallons of sewage in our basement and all over a new sofa bed which either I or the techs could have easily moved out of the way. I was told as they were leaving that their policy is clean up is not part of their job. I spent more time with a shop vac cleaning and disinfecting the floors and the containers they used than they did clearing the line. They also tracked sewage through the house multiple times when they had to come upstairs to flush the lines with water. The clean up I can handle, the ruined 250 sofa just pisses me off.

Drain Go is highly unprofessional and utterly lazy. The plumber showed up and informed me of the issues I had placed a service call for. Refused to address all my concerns that I wanted addressed. Do absolutely NOTHING. The office could care less when I informed them of the lack of service. I suggest to run from this company unless you like to throw money down the drain.
