For starts I signed a contract to start work and they required a deposit, for future reference no reputable roofing company requires a deposit. The agent for the company also wrote that 500.00 of the insurance deductible would come from me and the other 500.00 from them. Fast forward to 6 months later I still didn't have a roof replaced through loads of excuses from weather to other homes being in line in front of me, call after call and two week promises broken. I didn't have the roof replaced until the week of September 10 2018 while I was gone on vacation. Fast forward to now, some of the repairs they were supposed to make were not completed and things they were supposed to replace were not, the flashing and covers on the roof spray painted instead of replaced. I asked for a detailed invoice so I could pay the remainder after the mortgage company inspection I got a summary view inv AL-1043 to which was 10,425.04. I texted and emailed the new and 3rd new agent of the company that I wanted a detailed invoice to detail the actual repairs they performed on the roof to my amazement this invoice is 12,120.04. This company is crooked and takes short cuts on your roof and tries to charge you extra, even after you express discontent with their business, operation, and work they still don't make it right and now they are attempting to overcharge for their crappy service. All I get told is we will have to check with “The Boss” or “The Boss” wants this or that. If you are already dealing with this company please make sure you only deal with them in writing. They are a terrible and unethical company stay far away from these fly by night insurance scammers. |
