Allen’s Services Inc – Roofing Contractor in Daphne, Alabama

We used Allen's Service to correct an issue with gas service to a new appliance. Coordination with Daphne Utilities was planned by Allen's; however it was not necessary, as Bob diagnosed the problem being a kinked incoming gas line. A significant cost was reduced to parts, labor and the service call thanks to his honesty and excellent troubleshooting. Every aspect of this experience was excellent, from the initial assessment to the scheduling to the vast knowledge and experience of the staff. We will use Allen's as our plumbers in the future. Absolutely terrible service. Communication is chaotic at best. The technician didn't show up the first time. I left 2 messages and they called back 3 days later. The second visit the technician forgot to bring one of the parts with him and had to come out for a third visit. I would avoid this company at all costs. I've used numerous repair companies and I've never seen such poor communication between the staff and the customer.
