At 2:30 PM I called him twice and on the second time he responded with one of those generic “decline call with text messages” that said Sorry, I can't talk right now. I text him at 2:31 PM “Just wanted to check with you and make sure you will be able to come at 3:30 today for the roof vent?” I did not receive any response by text or call back and started looking for someone else. I wish more people would write these reviews to save others from having to deal with these unreliable so called businesses. To me it's one thing to say you will do something and then to have something come up but let your potential customers know and reschedule. It is another thing entirely and a good measure of the type of work that you could expect to say one thing and then vanish with no answers. I would not waist my time with this place. |
