We were very disappointed in the quality and timeliness of their work. We would never use them again.

Guarantee is a joke. I had them quote re-roofing my house after storm damage in addition to getting 2 other quotes. Their quote was reasonable and was about the middle of the other quotes. What put them over the top was their "5 Year Warranty". DON'T BELIEVE IT! Right after they roofed my house, it leaked in 3 areas, damaging my kitchen ceiling in one spot. They came and fixed it and asked if they needed to repair the ceiling. I told Sam we would let is slide for now and that saved them time and materials. Wish I wouldn't have gone easy on them. It leaked again. They came back out and seemed to have gotten it right. What I didn't know was that they never replaced my flashing despite having quoted doing that work and me paying for it. I found out just shy of the warranty with another big problem... and when I called them out to fix it, they told me that they would have never roofed my house because of the roof design. My roof had leaked for a year or more, damaged my rafters, and caused me to hire another contractor to repair their shoddy work. I called Fleming several times to try to set things straight but with no luck. Now my insurance company knows their name and how bad their work was and so does the chamber of commerce, despite the positive rating. DO NOT TRUST THEM...THEY LIE!

Mr Fleming gave quote - started job quickly - and did a great job-highly recommend him. He has been in business for years and years and is very dependable-he did not survive this long in business for nothing - he is NOT sketchy.
