Very prompt and courteous. Was a little anxious about calling not knowing the cost. I was given an acceptable estimate hoping it would be on the lower end and it actually was even lower than the lowest estimate given. From time of the call to time of arrival and work done was just a little over an hour. No mess and very professional technicians.

At first I was hesitant because I thought that maybe someone else could have done it cheaper then Dyson, I was wrong. The price was very competitive! The fact that I am on a very tight budget and Social Security is my only income I was pleased at the price that I was charged and that my situation wasn't complicated. Terry the definition that came very polite yes ma'am yes ma'am and wiped his feet and stuff to make sure he wasn't bringing stuff into my house from the yard. He worked quickly, he knew what he was doing and it was evident that he was confident about his ability to fix the problem. I will definitely call them again if I have another problem and I will ask for him as my tech!

The office/appointments staff were courteous and professional, and made setting my appointment super simple. The guys they sent out were knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced. They resolved my issues and gave me useful information on steps to prevent future issues. I intend on calling Chris H. and his 8yrs experienced"trainee" back out to do the install on my new commodes.
