Cardinal Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Pelham, Alabama

I contracted Cardinal Roofing about two years ago to replace my Roof due to some storm damage. The process was extremely easy with my cardinal rep and they worked directly with my insurance company to setup the replacement And handle the paperwork. I've never had a roof replaced and I was worried that the replacement would take 5-7 days like my Next door neighbors roof. However cardinal's crew finished my roof within 24 hours start to finish. Let me say my roof is huge so I was shocked. This part was the bonus the benefits for me was speed, warranty and the product used. I was so impressed I recommended to my neighbors to uses them four and each of them had nothing but good things to say about their work and quality. Cardinal Roofing recently replaced our roof in Pelham and did a fabulous job. Very professional, friendly, and efficient staff. Ryan was super nice and so easy to work with. He was very accommodating to our work schedules and he also gave us step by step before, during, and after the job. He then followed up to be sure we were satisfied with the job and answered last minute questions. The clean up crew was also awesome! Matt did an wonderful job cleaning up our property. He made sure all nails and any evidence of them being there was taken care. He even blew off the whole yard and driveway for me. I definitely give this company a fully satisfied 5 stars

I called and had to leave a message and heard back from someone the next morning. Sales rep came out and needed to send someone to get on the roof to determine the quote. After waiting 5 days from initial call, the worker came out and got on the roof and then left. I did not hear back from the rep, so two days later I called them. The rep was not aware the worker had even been out and assured me he would call back with a quote that day. That was a week after the initial call. I never heard from him again. Later that day I called another company and they came out the next morning and fixed the issue. I waited a full week for Cardinal to call me back so I could inform them that it was already fixed another week passed 2 weeks from initial call and no one has called back with a quote or any other contact. It was an easy fix, took the other company less than 30 min to fix. Poor service. I did call the office today and spoke to the manager and he has assured me they will do more training with my sales rep to ensure better service.
