They replaced my faucet without telling me with very cheap type of faucet, I had a nice two handle faucet with a long neck as I have a shallow sink, the one that was installed was a cheap Delta type you see in old rental apartments. Had I been notified that I needed a new faucet I would have bought one and had them install. Now after they have installed a cheap one they won't come back to fix it unless I pay for the labor. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received.
