We have had a leak in our roof since we closed on our home in March, 2019. It has taken them SIX times to “repair” our roof and it is STILL NOT fixed! Our home is a new build and every home on our street have had issues with leaks. One even had their ceiling cave in! Unacceptable. They toss the ball of blame around and seem to never know what they are at my home to fix. It's the same leak as last time people....communicate! One visit, the girl at their home office argued with me saying that my home was not on their calendar and that no one was even supposed to be at my home. Well, they came and left a CRACK in my ceiling and just left it that way after I pointed it out to them! They then left my roof exposed after I asked that they re tarp it after they said they “couldn't find where it was leaking from.” I never write reviews and we have been more than patient. Consumer be cautious as you're doing your research.
