Fantastic outfit. These guys worked very quickly, getting the job done in high style while we were away for a week. They're really good about customer service, and I have a story to share by the way of example. We'd accidentally left our Jeep parked a little too close to the house, which interfered with their work. We were probably going to have to call a towing company to move the Jeep, but the Dry Plus crew figured out how to move the Jeep on their own, saving us towing fees. Also, several months later, when we decided to sell our house, they agreed to allow us to transfer their workmanship guarantee to the new homeowner for no additional charge. True, they reduced the length of the guarantee term quite significantly, but I thought the deal was fair nonetheless. As for the workmanship on the roof, it was second to none. We were so pleased with their work, we're hoping to hire them to replace the roof on the home we are purchasing down the street as well. This is not a bargain-basement shop, but we think their pricing is fair and competitive.
