Johnny was a referral from a trusted friend so he was on my list of several roofing companies to call for a leak. His was one of only 2 companies that called back, and he was able to come out the same day to take a look. Johnny was courteous, professional, and gave me a clear idea of what was going on up on the roof showed me pictures as well as what needed to be done to fix the issues. I appreciated very much that he followed up with me a couple days later because rain was in the forecast, and we scheduled the repairs before the situation worsened. The work was done promptly, and they even put a wire barrier where pigeons have been nesting for YEARS... this was above and beyond, I hadn't even thought to ask but am so pleased to have this taken care of! Johnny gave me a truly exceptional price for the work that was done, and his company earns my highest praise for their reliability. Talked with several roofers regarding new roofing on a portion of roof. Gilbert came out to look at the project and I expressed to him we had a leak that needed to be fixed but I was also concerned with seal/flashing around all of the vents and 2 sky lights. He PROMISED me all would be done correctly and I would not need to worry about leaks. Sounded good so I hired him. One week after the work was completed, it rained and water was running in around a sky light. I went up to look and could see outside under the skylight rim. Called and a few days later someone came out and put tar around the outside. About a week later, it rained again and this time water was running down the roof to an inside wall and the leak was at the doorway to a bedroom. Called again and the owner came out. Said they would check all of the vents and stacks and make sure they were all sealed correctly. No rain for about 2 months but when it did, a water stain appeared on the ceiling for a third different leak. I contacted the company again and got an email they would "put me on the schedule". Two weeks later and I've heard nothing. Seems the 1-year warranty means nothing. I don't know where the reviews on this site came from but, my bad, I didn't look for other reviews. After all this, I searched for other reviews and they give a completely different picture than those on Thumbtack. SUGGESTION - anyone searching for a contractor on this site, make sure you look at reviews from other sites. Had I done that, I would not have made the mistake to hire this roofer.

I had a good experience with the guys. Johnny went out of his way to insure that I was satisfied and went above and beyond to make me happy. I would recommend this company.
