I got an estimate & then the representative wouldn't return my texts or emails for over 10+ days, even after I told him I wanted to give them my business. Then I contacted the marketing manager on Monday, who assured me my signed estimate would be taken care of immediately & someone would contact me regarding scheduling my repair. After having a signed contract in hand for FIVE business days, NO ONE at this company attempted to contact me. What poor customer service. I should have learned from the first representative. Shame on me. Don't make the same mistake. Take them off your list now & save yourself the trouble. |

I would not be on the roof with them, and they wouldn't be coming in my home, I would be able to stay in contact by phone at all times. So I had to go to another roofing company. |
