I found PCC Roofing online and had them bid on roof replacement projects at our 38 unit condo complex built in 1974. Prior to hiring PCC we had a horrible experience with Trades Unlimited who would not honor their warranty because they used unskilled subcontractors. We then worked with Diversified who started out fine but we moved on because their communication and work product suffered. In 2020 I found PCC and have had excellent service to date. The pricing is competitive. Sean and Brian are friendly and good communicators. Informative explanations on how roofing should be done properly. And pictures of work in progress, too. Several tear offs made it clear how badly the previous roofers had been. They have replaced 7 condo unit roofs for us and we will have them back. I recommend them highly.

Great experience working with SDC Roofing, their efficient crew got the job done in 2 days, which is leaps and bounds better than the week + long jobs I saw neighbors roofs take in recent months. Sean was great in walking through the entire process from initial bid to final payment and warranty registration.

Sean and his team installed my roof roughly a year ago in about 2 days! Not only did he quote a competitive price for the roof I went out for 5 bids but he also helped address some repair/replacement issues with my carport posts as well as building a section to connect 2 separate block walls together. His team really laid a sharp-looking roof: the shingles are nicely staggered and smooth, all the flashings, vent pipes, and attic vents were all color matched to the shingles, and everything was very neat and clean when they finished the job. When selling the house this year, a nervous buyer wanted all the flashings resealed. I contacted Sean and requested he come out to inspect and beef up the sealants around any roof openings. He was very obliging and said it was no problem to come out on such short notice. In short, he did the work, documented it's completion with photos, and provided a receipt making it all so easy to appease the home buyer. He really saved the sale! I can't recommend Sean and PCC Roofing & Construction enough!
