| Justin H | had this company out to my house the other day and they kept me in dark about the whole process and we're really trying to get me to sign a contract. so I did hesitantly. the next day I got cold feet and called their office to cancel. Matt the owner told me that once I signed up I'm locked in and that canceling would cost me 500 cancelation fee. so I said I guess I'll just stick with you. I can't afford 500. it's been a week now and I haven't heard back from them. Noone answers the phone at the office. I've tried going down there and just end up getting the run around from the office girls. whatever you do stay as far from this company as you can. |
| Elaina Estrada | Very untidy and prolonged in their month long task to replace our roof. The office was not always aware of the work status because we were asked for full payment two weeks into the project even though it took an additional two weeks to complete the job. Final product was not done correctly and when we asked for them to fix issues, we never received follow up. After big storm, we had two leaks and severe damage in our less than a year old roof. When we asked Triple E to come take a look at damages, including those from before the storm, once again, we received no follow up. When we went to office to inquire, the customer service was terrible. |

The town of Safford has been hit with so many storm chasers and Triple E Roofing has been the target of most of these companies. The review from Jholders is a fake review. He came and worked for us for a couple days as a sales man and found out he was not who he said he was. Now we are dealing with him blasting fake information about our company all over the place.
