Collins Commercial is a top-notch company. By far, the best plumbers we have ever used. We have used Collins multiple times in our home for plumbing issues. Most recently we had them out to diagnose and fix a water leak in our kitchen. Collins got me scheduled for a same-day appointment. Justin and Lewis came out on time, quickly got to work, figured out the issue and fixed it. Every Collins crew we have had in our home has come looking professional, they always use boot covers and gloves. They also clean up and put everything back the way they found it. We will never use anyone else.

We had an appointment set by our Home Warranty company with Collins to repair a leaking toilet tank. Collins responded within an hour of our service request and arrived in under 24 hours to fix the issues. Gerardo was our technician and he did an excellent job while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. The complete fix to replace all of the tank components took roughly 30 minutes and the toilet is operating better then it was before the leak started. I highly recommend Collins and will use them again.

Today Brain from Collins Commercial Services came to service our water heater. He quickly discovered it needed to be replaced. He did a great job of replacing it and added a drip pan as well. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. This is the second time the company sent him to us. He also came to replace a water pressure valve a few months ago which he also did perfectly and professionally. Thanks, Brian!
