Two years ago, IDS subcontracted for our roof to be repaired and recoated with elastomeric coating. The work included a 7 year warranty for coating and 4 years on labor. I have contacted this business numerous times for repair of blisters and cracking, according to the warranty. I don't get called back and no one shows up to honor this warranty. Horrible business, zero customer service, poor value for the money. Now we have to pay up to 4600.00 to redo our roof when it should cost us nothing.
