I was able to express my frustration and she made it all better! I didn't have to wait in a separate line with my cart full of lumber, she helped ring us up right away. | Holly Pedersen | Terrible customer service from the associates to the senior managers! !! I ordered a 3,000 dollar 20x8 green house from homedepot.com to be delivered to the local store in Show Low. First, we went to pick it up and there were several small boxes. My husband explained that we were expecting a large shipment. The associate insisted it was correct, so we took it home only to find out it was someone else's package with a similar last name! Since then it's been one headache after another. Apparently the shipping company lost the green house, and now it is longer in stock. I've been refunded the cost of the green house without authorization or assistance to find a new one! Through all of this I have never receive one email or call despite promises to help with this large purchase! It's flat out rude and bad for business! I'll be happy to take my money where employees are happy to help me spend my money! |
