Pamela Meredith	I hired Rafael Tovar to fix my leaking roof. They told me they were roofing engineers and assured me it would be fixed right. The “patch job” as the company refers to it cost me over 4,000.00! I had problems from the start with this company. They didn't lay the tiles straight and had to come back out to fix that issue, then my roof started making a creaking sound which they had to come out again to repair then another problem with a large plastic form coming off and needing to be reattached. Six months later when it began to rain, my house sprung another leak in the exact same place as the one they had previously repaired although they claim this is a new problem and they wouldn't be fixing it unless I paid them an additional 2700 ! I have been screwed and taken advantage of by this company. My advice is, if you want your roof repaired then don't call Tovar roofing company!
