Maichoua Yang	They scheduled me a 2:30-3:30 time for someone to come out and look at my roof for a quote. I got off work early just so I don't miss this person, and no one showed. Got a call AT 3:30 to let me know the guy was running late, so we changed it to 5:30. I waited til 6 and left because I had somewhere better to be. HE finally calls me at 7:20 to ask what my address was to verify my house. Yeah, that's not going to work for me. WASTED MY FREAKEN TIME.
Beth Carson	Hired them to do a repair job, paid them, they came out, but the repair didn't take. We took pictures, asked them to come back out and fix it. After several months, they never did. I left a review about their ineffective repair job, which they asked me to delete in exchange for their promise that they would come back out. They, again, never did, and we called a more respectable company. Would not recommend to anyone. I suppose that they threaten anyone that leaves them a negative review, as they certainly do not deserve the rating they have on here in my experience.
