Our roof needed replaced and a friend of ours recommended Triple P Roofing so I gave them a call. The first time I met Jason I liked him. A sharp young man, a go getter and he knows roofing. Their crew did a great job and were fast. I roofed houses when I was in college so I know about composition roofing. We looked at many samples of shingles and Jason helped us with comparisons. They did an excellent job and the roof looked great. Unfortunately during the tear off.....and unknowingly to the crew....they had damaged the aluminum trim above the garage door. I brought this to the attention of the company. Jason immediately got back with me regarding repair of the trim. No hassle, no problem. Triple P had the damaged section replaced without a hitch. An honest company with a great front man....Jason. Jason kept in touch with me and kept me up to date as to when the repair would be completed. He actually sent me photos when the job was done as we were out of town. Hard to find this type of company and men like Jason these days. If you are needing a roof replaced or repaired give Triple P the chance to do it for you. My friend who recommended them did me a favor so I'm doing you one. Chad Hicks with Triple P Roofing is our roofer. They also install and clean gutters. Him and his crew are professional, punctual, and competitively priced. Most important to us other than excellent work is that they're insured, licensed, and bonded up to 1M. So, if they have an accident like falling off our roof especially the south end, they're covered. Another nice touch Chad brings is when they're done, they make sure to pick up all the scraps. He even left business cards with the neighbors encase they miss something. He'll be coming by to do their free inspection of our roof for hail damage in a few weeks. Couldn't ask for better.
