| Lauren Wagner | Warning! PI Roofing are crooks. Long story short, we have been using them after they took over Tommy's roof business to clean our gutters out twice a year. They would “come” and then bill us. My husband has been working from home bc of Covid and they called me and told me they would be at my house in 15 minutes to clean my gutters. I let my husband know. They never showed up. Then sent us a bill in the mail for a job never done. We would have never have known if he wasn't home all day. I believe that we have been charged for years and they never did the job. Talked to a Manager there and told her what happened, sent someone but still made me pay the bill after they tried to steal from us. My parents have had an awful experience too. My mom refers to them con-artist. Will never use them again and will warn everyone I know. Terrible company!!! |
